We started FarmSimple as a tool to resolve our own challenges with managing farming operations, after years of trying and failing to find a software solution that met all of our requirements, we decided to build a solution and test it on our own property.
We are a small team of software engineers and broad acre farmers based in Croppa Creek, NSW. We are uniquely positioned to deliver software solutions that offers real value to producers and farmers as we live and breath the challenges we set out to solve everyday.

Matt Higham
Software Engineer from Scone, NSW. In 2015 went from smartcard development in Manchester, UK to farming in Croppa Creek, NSW. A year later decided to start developing an app on the weekends to help manage on-farm activities. Late 2019 established CroppaCo as a company, moved to Tamworth to work full-time on our software solutions.
Lee Coleman
Farmer and CEO of CroppaCo. I’m also a former Mechanical Engineer, I worked for Visy Paper for 12 years in maintenance and major projects including the Tumut 2 Pulp mill build. With my wife, we returned to farming and have doubled our farm holding and dramatically modernised our farm in 10 years. Both roles have given me a strong understanding of critical information and acting on it to enable business success. I want to leave ag in a better position than what we started with.
